4. Customization and Media Usage
By engaging Events & Robots for customized branding, you grant us permission to use your brand name, logo, and approved creative assets for the specific purpose of fulfilling the service. You also grant us the right to use photographs or videos of robot deployments for internal documentation, portfolio display, and marketing unless a non-disclosure agreement is signed.
5. Limitation of Liability
Events & Robots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including delays, reputational harm, or loss of business opportunities. Our responsibility is limited to the value of the service contracted, provided the issue was directly caused by our failure to deliver the service as agreed.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain consistent uptime and service quality. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operations and are not liable for technical interruptions, delays, or failures outside our control, including but not limited to power outages, connectivity issues, or third-party platform malfunctions.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information when booking a robot. It is your responsibility to ensure the event venue meets the operating requirements of the robot, including power supply, space, Wi-Fi, or other infrastructure if applicable. Clients are also responsible for supervising robot activity in public areas if required by local authorities or event policies.
8. Support and Maintenance
On-site support or remote technical assistance will be provided based on the package selected. Setup, testing, and troubleshooting are handled by our trained staff to ensure a seamless experience. Additional support requirements must be discussed and confirmed during the planning phase.
9. Privacy Policy
All data collected during a booking, including client information or event-related details, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share personal data with third parties without your consent except when required by law or necessary to complete the service.
10. Amendments
